Nice rooms clean and in good shape.
Went to breakfast and there was no milk. Didn't have any coffee creamer, just the powdered garbage

The facility was clean, the staff was helpful, and the room was bigger than expected and kept really cool.
We had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes to be able to enter our room due to it not being ready. By the time we entered the room it was clean and cold, but there were some cosmetic issues that showed how old the property was. Some could have been considered slightly hazardous.

Need more options for breakfast and don't clean up waffles with an hour left during the breakfast hours.

The person who checked us in was polite
We selected an accessible room and paid for it weeks ago. We also selected rooms with Queen beds and didn't get that either. We had to climb stairs with our luggage because there's no elevator. The bathroom floor was very dirty and the AC sounded like an airplane taking off.
