It looked like your typical roadside motel from the outside but inside the rooms were comfortable, modern in appearance, had nice furniture, the bathroom was clean and well stocked. There were even little “quality of life” improvements like a mirror that had its own defogging function and a built in light. It’s a 2-star motel that definitely acts more like a 3-star place.
The staff was also very friendly; check in and check out was seamless.
If I had to find *something* - it’d be the noise in the room when using the shower. However, it’s to be expected given the type of room. It’s definitely not something that I would consider a “problem”.

Met my expectations for a simple motel. It is very clean, and very well run. I chose this motel for these exact reasons. The value for the comfort and cleanliness met my expectations. It is also across the street from a fantastic trail maintained by the Cornell Botanic Garden, a quick two minute drive to the Vet school, and a seven minute drive to Sapsucker Woods.
There was nothing that stood out. This was exactly what I was looking for. A very clean, welcoming motel that charges a reasonable nightly rate and is close to Cornell.

Staff was wonderful and we had a nice place to stay.
Our neighbors had more than two dogs and the dogs barked non stop until the owners returned. People were nice and down on their luck but the walls were so paper thin we were awake most of the night. Lots of bugs.
