Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn and Suites

The hotel was clean and tidy. The layout of the room was nice. Nothing too special, the front desk was kind and asked a floor preference. Breakfast was accessible and there were signs in the room to show a good time to go. Overall pleasant.

The area outside the hotel is great, if you reflect the skin color of the population surrounding. My husband does not, so we didn’t feel safe leaving the hotel, at all. We got dirty looks together and were followed back from Geneva to our hotel, I had to go off course to feel safe enough to go back. To specify he is island Asian decent, so I don’t know if our relationship is confusing for some people. I’m glad at least we felt safe in our room. Stop if you absolutely have to, just know that this is the type of area you might be in. Thank you hotel staff for helping us feel welcomed in a certain type of town.

My bed/pillow was amazing.

The beds were very comfortable!

The other clients of the hotel were very noisy and out of control. It did not seem like the parents were monitoring their children's activities. Due to the children running the hallways, the noise in the evening hours was excessive ! Should there be some staff discussing this scenario with families as they check in ? Secondly,the staff indicated the coffee machine in the lobby was unavailable until Monday or Tuesday (?) when in fact it was up working Sunday afternoon. What was that issue? Believe it or not coffee is an important feature in relaxation. The room and the facility was comfortable and clean which is an important aspect for the visit.
