It was very good. I feel good about it. Will stay again if needed.

Good service of the staff. It was excellent. The location for medical treatment was excellent too. A good breakfast.

Needs new furniture in the lobby. It was dirty. They didn't clean and collected the trash every day.

Very good stay, would stay again!

I loved the location, the amenities and the room. The hotel was in a safe area and close to attractions

I didn’t like that they don’t tell you about parking cost and the non refundable resort like fee that they charge until you check in. I just wish I knew ahead of time.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff service was very helpful and friendly also, the driver for the shuttle which takes you to and from the hospital was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Really there was nothing that we did not like. We enjoy what the hotel had to offered.

Nice and roomy with additional amenities.

Breakfast was included, there was food available downstairs if you didn't want to leave for dinner and a variety of drinks available for purchase after your two free drinks. The staff were great and friendly. Room was large in size with a walkin closet. Would stay again.

The bartender didn't seem too happy with his job, but the front desk person came to help him and possibly speak to him about his attitude.

Nice place, would stay here again.

Clean, had room for our family of 5. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy, we arrived early and they let us get checked into our room.

Ein mal und nie wieder giebt es dicher besseres für das Geld

Eine Möglichkeit zum Essen,(kamen nach 20:00 am hotel an und es gab nicht zu essen mussten essen suchen gehen )

Personal unfreundlich, katastrophales Frühstück, unbequem betten, schlechte Lage im geto !

Clean comfortable hotel over all, amazing kind helpful staff.

Breakfast was more than adequate. The facility was charming. Location was a little noisy for me, but being in a university district as well as hospitals in the area, some thing couldn't be helped.

Newer more sound proof windows might help the noise issue.

La habitación es super cómoda, eramos 5 y estuvimos muy cómodos, el desayuno es el mejor q tuvimos de todas las otras veces q hemos venido, en la página de booking tenia un costo y cobraron algo más pero creo q fueron los tax

Esta un poco lejos de todo pero fue el q escogimos así es q no hay queja, solo era x una noche ya íbamos a coger un crucero

I would not stay here again

closer to baseball park than hotels near marketplace or beac

homeless in area at night (one even eating outside lobby on trash can at 9PM when we Ubered "home", not walkable to anything, breakfast cool not warm, windows filthy but only looked out to ally where homeless was.sleeping around mid-day when we checked in.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Scrambled eggs waffles meat sausages fruit packaged pastries and muffins bagels packaged cereals and oatmeal coffee and tea fruit juice

Repetitive but for the price paid for the property no complaints.

Ceolo and Lewis were extremely helpful by answering all of our questions about the location of medical centers, travelin

The room was comfortable, cozy, and clean. Breakfast was offered daily. The restaurant was available for food service. The hotel was very close to the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute which was the main purpose for our trip.

As soon as you exited the property if you were walking to the main road there were some homeless people laying on the sidewalk. It was just alarming to see that near the hotel. I know that some folks go through hard times for one reason or another, but my heart felt for those homeless people. I was also a little concerned about our safety as my Mom and I walked by this particular area.

good location to health center but unsafe area

spacious clean room with sofa and desk , comfortable shower and bathroom, well lit, comfortable bed. good basic breakfast included in the stay. good location close to health center. closed parking garage

AC was loud and light came in through the main door from the hallway breakfast is good but very limited no sugar options. Unsafe area around the hotel with a lot of homeless and police car, not safe/ comfortable for walking

Cleanliness—trash piled up for days. No soap in room. No toilet paper in public restrooms. Asked staff to turn thermostat down in gym on three occasions. Never turned it down.
