THE LOCATION WAS GOOD AND THE ROOM WAS GREAT
I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDING WITH THE STAY AND THE FACT THAT I DIDNT KNOW THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING.

Clean, comfortable rooms
Did early check out due to a death in the family and wasn’t refunded the days left when I’ve only stayed ONE night(booked for four). Booked through booking.com and they’ve reached out SEVERAL times via email and phone calls to Courtyard to resolve the issue and it’s fallen on deaf ears. I just wish I could be refunded. I’ve paid for days I’m not there.
