Location to the airport is exemplary. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was appalled at the fact that checking into our room, I did have to PAY TO PARK OUR CAR in YOUR LOT? $65.00 for 4 Days, 3 Nights, I'm NOT AMUSED! I did have a PROBLEM FINDING a SPACE at 10:00pm. I took a HANDICAP SPACE as it was the ONLY SPACE AVAILABLE at that TIME, what A SHAME !

Rooms are clean beds are comfortable and it’s in an OK location decent I think overall the hotel itself
The staff was another issue with the kept hanging up on me on the phone when I was trying to call for the Shuttle to come get me she answered and had me going to the wrong spot to be picked up she told me hold on and then hung up on me. I kept calling back. She kept picking up the phone hanging up picking up the phone hang up. Wouldn’t even say hey hold on a minute. I’m busy just give me a moment nothing I ended up having to pay for a cab to get to the hotel
