Fabulous! Large room, beautifully appointed with gorgeous views. Staff were all so lovely.

Breakfast was delicious as was dinner and service was quick. Portions were large and everything seemed fresh and made to order. The room was very spacious and bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water.

The benches at Bleu do not really match up to the tables and you feel like you are either two far away from the table or laying on top of your food. There was something off with the employees at the restaurant. My husband ordered diet soda with breakfast and was told that the diet soda gun was not working - it worked last night and asked if he wanted regular soda. He said no. I then went over and bought him a soda at the market by the front desk. I ordered a yogurt parfait and a waffle for breakfast and never received the waffle. I ordered coffee with creamer and asked for the creamer twice and then my husband finally had to go to the desk and ask for it again. There were only two other tables when we were there. I was charged three times for my room and twice for dinner - as I was made to pay for it on a separate card before I could leave the hotel/check out since I prepaid through Booking. When I called to try to get this fixed I was advised by Evan that a refund had been issued for the room extra charge and that the duplicate charge for dinner was actually a hold as was the third charge for the room and there was nothing he could do about it. He then asked if there was anything else he could do for me and I asked if he was anything he did do for me and he said no I guess not and he disconnected the call.
