Hotel was close to coffee shopping, bars, restaurants and shopping. A quick 3-5 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go

French toast good; real maple syrup a plus.
Pancakes slightly undercooked (pasty, when chewed). Bacon and coffee top notch. Servers friendly and responsive.
Hate the new trend substituting duvets for blankets. Besides, bed had only one sheet.

We could valet our car and walk everywhere. The bed was clean and comfortable.

It was very close to where I needed to go
The basic services that I expected were not adequate. After searching for a working ice machine late in the evening I had to go to the front desk where someone got some ice for me. In the morning the coffee maker in my room did not work. I realize this seems like a small inconvenience but getting dresses and having to go to the lobby for coffee made for a rough start to my day.
And the water smelled so chlorinated it was impossible to drink and I did not want to bath in it either.
