Room was a bit musty and the bathroom needed painting. But the grounds are beautiful, the staff was very attentive and the bar was really nice

Their amenities are very nice. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel areas and rooms were clean and smelled freshed. You can’t ask for a better location. With as busy as the hotel was, I was constantly surprised that we were always able to get good parking on the top deck.
The food was decent, but for the price I would expect much better. Our room was supposed to be ready at 4 pm for check-in, like everyone else, but our room was not ready until 5 pm. They did get us complimentary parking for the inconvenience though, which was appreciated. It was quite difficult to place orders for food and drinks by the pool. Staff was to walk around to ask guest, but it took a very long time for that to happen. It actually only happened once our entire three days there. Air conditioning could not keep up with the size of the building, and we were on a lower level. During the days it gets very hot and at night it would go back and forth between hot and cool.
