For purposes of this visit, location was the factor.
The bathroom had a few things broken and needed to be fixed. The breakfast facility had carpenter ants.

Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good and had variety such as eggs, crerals, potatoes, waffles, yogurts and other options.
Got this hotel since it had an indoor pool and were traveling with a soccer team for a tournament. We knew it was going to be fresh so indoor pool will work for the kids. Well the water temperature was 60 degrees and the kids weren't able to enjoy the pool. When asked at front desk, she told us yes the water is super cold and of course the jacuzzi was out of order.
