Breakfast started my day with a smile. The chefs were excellent and I love their fritattas and croissants/omelette sandwiches. They were very friendly as well.
We also liked the service at the front desk. Very courteous and helpful.
The cleaning service for our room was impeccable.
Our card would not open the back door from the parking lot and we had it fixed many times. The microwave did not work for certain features.
We requested a tub with bars for persons with disabilities. There was only one bar. An additional bar or two would have made it easier.

Had to pay for parking and that wasn’t clear in the booking process. There was plenty of space and outdoor, unsecured parking should not be extra.

Very noisy outside the window, on the floor above and in the hall. Not able to sleep all night. HVAC difficult to control- either cold or hot.
