The breakfast was amazing, the best Marriott location breakfast we have had on our journey so far.
The sofa bed needs to be replaced as it was falling apart and my daughter had springs in her back. It was the worst sofa bed she has slept on during our trip. Our window was also falling apart as when I tried to open or close it, the frame would come away from the glass. We had a plumbing issue, but it was resolved the next day, after I called again in the morning.

Shuttle to the airport was easy and convenient
Booked this hotel on the day I proposed. Despite explaining to staff I’d already paid through booking.com and showing she insisted I put my card in for £20 deposit in case of damages on booking in. She took the full payment again. I raised this and she was very disinterested. After eventually listening she gave me a return and said it was up to my bank to reimburse and could take 15 working days. Was very unhelpful and disinterested. It’s now 5 weeks since we’ve returned, made numerous calls, still no refund. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card.
I asked for Prosecco in the room. There wasn’t any. I chased this to be told they no longer have a liquor license
