The room was very spacious with a large working desk area. Bed was comfortable and the AC was great. Having separate rooms for showering and commode was a nice touch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is right off the highway and yet the rooms were quiet providing a good sleeping environment. Easy and quick access to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking spaces.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with fresh fruit for those of us who can't have gluten.

I like that once I was moved to another room the air conditioner actually worked. The front desk lady was very sweet and professional. She assisted us with every issue and gave me 2.500 points.
I did not like having to move from the 4th floor to the 1st floor do to the air conditioner not working. Once moved the fridge was HOT and we had to figure out that the switch hanging from a cord beside the fridge actually turns it on and off. My original room I booked had a sofa and the one I was moved to did not and the tv was tiny with a remote that didn't work. I'm sure the rate should've been adjusted for this change. The room was nice and cold , too cold for the cockroach that croaked in the middle of the floor. the door to the room wouldn't close and lock automatically, we had to use our key to open and close the door. DIFFERENT!!! The entry of the hotel was nice, clean and fragrant. The wall, which is on the walk to the elevator was old and peeling, not a clean color tone. Outside the elevator floor was super wet and slippery from all the kids and adults coming from the sweaty and HOT pool area that has no ventilation, or so it felt like it. No wet floor signs outside or in the elevator which seem to have had an air conditioning issue as well. The breakfast was ok, I've had better selections at other Marriott hotels. Lastly, the back outdoor patio area, OMG!!! Its junky and filthy, all the furniture is filled with bird poop so sitting there is a joke. We had to use towels in order to sit and relax. They have old a/c units just piled up in the grass. It gave an impression that the maintenance and care taking of this particular location is not top priority.
