The check-in staff was very nice. She got us checked in and settled within a couple of minutes.
They never came to empty the trash, get dirty towels, bring clean towels, nothing.

My first impression of the place (outward appearance) was rather lukewarm, but when I got into the room, it was pretty decent. The receptionist was welcoming; the room was clean and spacious. I had booked a one-bedroom non-smoking suite, and it had a mini fridge, a microwave and two queen beds in the second bedroom. The breakfast was not bad (but could do better. I'd give the breakfast 5 out of 10). The location is also great and easily accessible to other social amenities.
The breakfast could do with more variety. The gym also needs an upgrade as it has very few machinery and weights. Please provide more toiletries like shower gels (who uses bar soap in 2026?). Some air freshener in the rooms would greatly help remove some of the lingering odors in the rooms.
