Good price for having a kitchenette

Very reasonable price. Decent room with full refrigerator and sink. Large bed.
TV could be larger- I think it was probably a 32"- maybe smaller. Not in the best part of town- I walked a few blocks and there were a lot of homeless, but I didn't feel unsafe and the hotel does have a security fence.

Absolutely beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, pet friendly, full sized fridge, great location.
The website and booking.com says the pet fee is $10 per pet, but the person at the counter told me it was $15, but he would "do me a favor and only charge me $10". Was a little turned off by that.

The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs.
The first room we were put in had a foul smell and was very hot.
