Location to bus station (travelled by greyhound). Easy access to public transportation, walking distance to Graceland

Location, cost, smoking room, helpful staff
1) Annoying compressor sound from adjacent mechanicals room, would activate every three minutes, run for a minute, then stop for two minutes and then start again, 24/7. *Would never again want to stay somewhere with this intrusive problem.*
2) Microwave controls were in a European language that I could not read, rendering it virtually unusable.
3) Refrigerator was so cold that it froze my beverages and could evidently not be adjusted.
4) FYI from my previous stay: There’s a depression in the center of the back parking lot that will surround a car there with 6-8 inches of standing water after heavy rains.
