location was easy to get too.

the pool was questionable. kids didn’t feel well after swimming. some of the breakfast items were over cooked.

Overall a good stay and good breakfast

The room was clean, big and comfortable

When going to the front desk I had to wait and then told just a sec when they saw me.

Bed slept as needed.

There was a used washcloth and bar of soap still in the shower. The breakfast was not good and super limited on items. No meat, no fruit, no yogurt.

wasn’t very happy with the condition of the room and the customer service was awful.

close to where we were going

bathroom was dirty. little shampoo/conditioner/lotion was used. There was trash in the fold up bed, and the phones in the room DID NOT WORK. Felt like they were there for decoration. Informed the front desk and it seemed like they didn’t care.

Very good

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were nice and clean.

Pool was cold and chemical smell was terrible. Caused throat and nose irritation and sore throat in my daughter. My kids and I both were sneezing and had watering eyes. Also there is not a indoor pool, and a indoor heated pool. There is simply an indoor pool.

Couldn't change TV channels unless you was right up at the TV.

Loves the staff and rooms but didn’t have the whole reason we choose this hotel.

The rooms were great. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic.

It said they had a pool and a spa. The indoor pool was ice cold and there wasn’t a spa. That was reason we choose this hotel was so our son could swim and we could sit in the spa.

breakfast mediocre, initially decaf was cold. the room had had some touch-up varnish done in furniture but we discovered by accident that it was still wet. hard to be very careful

Was very disappointed with this motel.

Friendly staff Easy accessible off main road Was clean

They advertised a hot tub. It was removed over a year ago. Toilet ran all night. Bathtub was badly chipped. Needs lots of upkeep. The first bagel we took was moldy. They never refilled the hot breakfast when it ran out. There was no bar soap in the bathroom. we had to ask. No hair dryer either.

Pleasant, classy, a nice getaway

I loved the complementary continental breakfast. The pool was fun, I wish they had a hot tub. I loved the mattress, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The tv channel choices were good too...watching a movie on HBO was a great way to end my night.

Nothing I could think of...just that I wish they had a hot tub.

Very dirty and never came and cleaned our room on the second day we always stay at Holiday Inns

housekeeping did not clean room our entire stay. had to get fresh towels and toilet paper from front desk. other than that small inconveinece it was great. Possibly due to Covid restrictions. we were there 4 nights
