The location was great. Beautiful next to the Columbia river. Close to McMennimans and Oswego. The staff were kind and the breakfast options were great!
It was a busy weekend. Bummer that additional pillows were not available. Also, online it looked like you could order a roll away but didnt know that per fire code that if you have 2 queens you can't order a roll away.

We lost the use of our plumbing at home and stayed for four nights, so the guest laundry services was a life saver and very affordable. Every staff member we were assisted by was incredibly friendly and kind. We ate breakfast at the hotel pretty much every day, the waffles were a favorite. And the indoor pool and spa were very clean and very nice to have available to us! It was quite pleasant, considering the circumstances. :)

Great location, good breakfast, good staff.
Our room was so dirty. The floor was sticky; the mini fridge was so nasty (and sticky); the toilet seat had urine on it; there was long black hair on the toilet, towels, and in the sink; and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty. The second dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Also, if you're looking for a treadmill/fitness center, beware that it's only open certain hours--I was kicked out at 10 PM, which is a first for me.
