Our room was as described and comfortable. The bathroom has been updated since our last stay and the shower was fabulous! Breakfast in the morning was nice.
The hotel is under renovations which we didnt know. The pool is closed because of this and I had 3 very sad kids. We also did not receive room service while there even though we followed the explained light system. There was a ton of dust in the air from construction around the breakfast area our second day there which was not pleasant.

They are in the process of finishing up remodeling which is very nice. A little dust but expected with the remodel. Breakfast was your normal motel breakfast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurts.
A little hard to find. Sign was smaller than most motels signs.

The room is very comfortable.
The building is undergoing renovations; the reception area and the cafeteria were extremely dirty and disorganized.

The room was very clean and gave a lot of sleeping space. We had two queen beds and a pullout couch!
There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk so everything we needed we had to go up and down the elevator to ask staff. There was a roach crawling across the counter during breakfast. There are wires hanging from every ceiling on every floor. The elevator looks like it was on it's last leg, the buttons do not light up for every floor and the numbers do light up to know which floor you are on. There is a sign at the front desk that states that they can use a credit card for holding your payment instead of using a debit card (where additional holds can be made by your financial institution), which I chose to do and I could use my debit card to pay for the room at check out. That was not the case and my credit card was charged instead. I was not happy about that
