Overpriced. The hotel and services are not worth 300+ EUR. Be careful what they charge you!!

Spacious rooms

Gjesten likte ikke: · Overpriced. The hotel and services are not worth 300++ EUR pr. night. Also too easy to log on to the "High Speed Internet" when you log in the lnet. They will charge you extra. Was also charged 8USD (AFTER I LEFT) for a bottle of water which I never took. Would call this fraud!! Will never stay there again.

Not the best Sheraton

The airport shuttle is readily available.

We booked a club level room and, after check in, we were told that the club lounge was under renovation. Not a problem, but when asked if we could just eat breakfast in the restaurant or just pay for a regular room, the staff wasn’t accommodating at all, and stated that booking a Club level room at this Sheraton doesn’t actually include Club lounge access. We have stayed at other Sheraton hotels, always in Club level rooms, and have always had access to the lounge, so not sure what is going on at this location. In any case, if you choose to stay here, just book a regular room because that’s all that you will get.

Very Pleasant

Everything was nice, even the balcony view of the city.

The breakfast because I had never been to a hotel you had to pay for breakfast. Most hotels breakfast comes include when you book the room.

Booking experience, cleanliness, and overall stay.

Breakfast was confusing. Since we used booking.com, the hotel was not notified that our breakfast was to be included in our fees. Hotel was going to charge us until we had this corrected at the front desk.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody!

The location was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was nice and quiet. I absolutely loved everything about my stay!

Cozy stay

Cozy bad, amazing shower, good location, not far from beauties like the pier and the Old Alexandria fair.

There was no shower cap in the bathroom, and the AC tends to not achieve the lower marks, in a way that the room stayed low key hot.

The bed were comfortable.

The bathroom shower enclosure had something dried up on it. We had no wash clothes for the first day and a half we were there. There was dried up spilled coffee by the sink that was not cleaned up.

We enjoyed our stay but not the added costs.

Bfast cost over $17 so we didn't eat. Nice location. Lots of great walking and eating opportunities. Nice grocery store next door. Nice areas to hang and talk in lobby. Staff were help. Room clean, well laid out.

Parking was over $30 per night. The bottle of water in the room was labeled $8! Very few amenities considering the cost of staying there. No microwave in room.

Will never trust a Marriott hotel again with a booking .

Nice location. Comfortable bed. Modern bathroom .

Abrasive staff, unhelpful. We were not given a double Queen room which we paid for in advance and had confirmed. We arrived at the room at 1.30am to a king room and told that was all we could have even though we required the double queen room for medical reasons. When we asked what had happened I was further embarrassed and humiliated after a long exhausting flight to explain why I needed the room we had booked . I was told there was a sofa bed so basically tough and because it had a balcony which was literally a foot deep with no ability to sit on there would be no refund of the extra I had paid for the queen room. Neither myself or my husband can sleep on a sofa bed made of two separate hard cushions and that’s not what we paid for. When we queried again the next morning with the manager she was abrasive , unhelpful and when she finally let it slip that we could have Marriott points but as we weren’t members then tough she seemed genuinely annoyed when I said actually I am a member. She then tried to only add points for one night instead of two and wouldn’t give me any idea of how many points or how much they were worth . I am disgusted at our treatment hence the scoring . I can’t give a better score because we were defrauded on the contract we agreed with the hotel.

We were supplied with one hand towel for 2 people, 2 washcloths and told if we want someone to clean the room, we would have to call. I requested a washcloth to wax my face for we were going out to supper and did not receive one as the hotel had no clean washcloths. Pathetic

OK, but overpriced for location.

Room was excellent. Parking instructions need to be explained in more detail before entering garage for the first time. Location ok. Would have been nice to have a shuttle to downtown Alexandria, airport, etc.

Female clerk at desk was not friendly, working on cell phone while we stood there waiting without any recognition from her, like Be with you in a minute. Finally answered our question, but seemed like she'd rather be doing something else.

Great hotel, BOOKING.COM is TERRIBLE

The hotel was great, but DO NOT book through Booking.com. It was impossible to get in touch with a customer service rep when I needed to change the reservation by one night. I ended up having to pay one room for a night that wasn't used.

Exceptional

The location is wonderful and the room is spacious. We especially appreciate the separate living area— with a door that closes to the bedroom.

The breakfast baked goods always seem dried out and the room seemed a little stale-smelling. could be the disinfectant they use.
