I went with my family, and we stayed 10 nights. Throughout the stay, we had no problem. All the staff have been very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The area is very quiet. Of course, when we return to Alexandria, we will stay there again.

Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable....it was quiet. Walking distance for the metro and Old Town Alexandria. Free shuttle for anywhere within 1 mile.
Breakfast was meh...the "hot" foods were cold.
Parking a car was $50 per night, but it was secure parking

I have been going to this hotel for over 10 years. The location is key and I love the old town of Alexandria
I have been going to this hotel for over ten years and for the first time, did not feel super welcomed by the staff. The rooms were musty smelling. The pull out sofa was broken and all sunken in. The breakfast was below expectations. I don't know if it's new owner's but not sure I will continue to go back there when I visit Alexandria. It's really sad because the location is amazing. The hotel was still decent but since I Have had such great experience over the past 10 years, it was sad to see some decline with the hotel staff and amenities.
