Slitet & ofräscht, men nära Nasa.

Location Ok opposite of NASA - but room just so acceptable.

the location opposite of NASA is cerrtainly great - but the rooms could need some renovation fresh paint/tapestry. Was Ok for the purpose - but not really to be too much recommended

smell in the room - moldy spots in the ceiling above the window. Torn tapestry...in general rooms could need some renovation

In room 217 the shower never got hot water, like not even close to hot.

Good location hotel

It was across the street from NASA. There were food and other store places close by.

The breakfast was okay, it just didn't seem like much food was put out.

Disappointing

Waffles are good.

The last room we were in looks like it had not been vacuumed microwave was dirty fruit loops under the couch somebody else's socks still in the room from the last guest broken fake nails on the floor.

Great location for Space Center

One member of the staff that has Indian roots was very helpful and very supportive... He has great communication skills. Other members they do not even say hi.

The breakfast is almost always empty before like 1 hour and a half from closing. It was very annoying because I almost had nothing but coffee.

I should have known better since the hotel was $300 less every other hotel for our 9 day stay.

the property was in a good location.

The photos posted on booking.com are not accurate and very deceiving. The property was rundown and had a smell in the lobby. Our room door wouldn’t close all the way because the door frame was broken. When I mentioned it, they seemed to not really care. They didn’t clean the room everyday, it was every other day.

Was upset and pissed that I saw roaches in the bathroom and on the counter crawling around

I didn't eat breakfast, I didn't like anything about my stay, this was my worse experience of my life with staying at a hotel, I encountered bed bugs bites all over my body that night and I saw roaches in the bathroom and on the counter crawling around, the morning shift receptionist was very rude and unprofessional with me over the phone, I explained to her that I had a family emergency I was trying to take care of and that I needed a late check out extended to 12/1, she continue to say she could do 30 minutes at the most, than she said she could do only 45 minutes at the most, as I repeated asking for more time so my kids wouldn't be put out of the room and out on the street, she kept making noise like she was tired of talking to me, so I asked to speak to her Manager or someone higher than her, she kept saying no one else was higher than her to speak to, than she hung up the phone.

The rooms were clean

The bathroom door locked from the outside and the staff could not fix it. We were given another room. The lights did not work, and I had to change a bulb. The staff fixed it the next day.

It’s a budget hotel, for that it’s not bad. Big plus is it is across the road from NASA

Good waffles Other breakfast a bit sparse ( no teabags, not much milk, 1 yoghurt only in fridge) No one around to ask

Receptionist, we thought could have been welcoming Talking on the phone while he gave us papers to sign seemed a bit rude
