You guys charge me double I canceled the reservation through you and it's still on my credit card even though I got a confirmation that it was canceled and you called the hotel and told them it was canceled it's still on my credit card and worse than that that's ruining my debt to income ratio and the only problem I have with the hotel is the room should be bigger

Good location if you’re attending NASA center. Good shopping and eating around. Good for what you pay. Decent all the way around.
Building on the older side, not the cleanest, but it’s ok. Staff is ok.

Location
lobby and stairwell smell really bad out of dog peeing. Staff is friendly but apparently exhausted out of cleaning up after the long term customers who allow their dogs to pee in the hotel!!
