Room and cleanness

When I try to check in, there were no rooms available, which was a negative moment. The staff checked and was able to give me an available room, but the experience was not pleasant. Now I know that the next time, there won't be a warranty on getting a room even if I reserve it.

I want some of my money back

the location, which thankfully was right next to a Starbucks and Shipleys

they promised free breakfast even had photos on their website of this whole counter full of waffles makers, fridges, bread box’s. and what did they put out a single pot of coffee on the front counter. that’s it. so if you weren’t standing their when they put it out you didn’t get coffee. I guess since they are next to a Starbucks and Shipleys they thought they didn’t have to do breakfast, but I payed extra for a place that had breakfast so we didn’t have to find some every morning.

Very good

I called early in the day and asked for a ground floor room. was told there were some available and a note would be made. when i arrived, there were no rooms and no mention of the "note." I ended up on the third floor.

The beds were bad. Springs sticking thru the mattress. Also had no breakfast even tho it said they have a breakfast.

the location was right by nasa

the room was dirty, bathroom was very dirty, didn’t even use the shower because it was gross. they advertise breakfast, but it was just a grab bag. not a real breakfast

Restful and Rejuvenating and close to all m destinations.

I was delighted with all the staff. The coffee and breakfast is excellent! I lengthened my stay the staff is excellent friendly professional and excellent service.

There’s nothing to not like highly recommend this location comfortable, quiet, clean and all staff superior!

the location was perfect

the air conditioner did not cool the room, we saw a roach, the television cut out too much to watch.when I told the lady at the desk she was nice she offered to get the air conditioner looked at but it was late in the afternoon and we were leaving the next morning,she didn’t seem very concerned about how about the conditions. did not offer any compensation, we stayed in a few hotels on our trip this one was by far the worst

It's ok for the price.

Front Reception was very nice and kind and took good care of us.

The housekeeper never came and clean the room or changed the towels, or even come to pick up the trash. We had to go ask for things.

Not a great hotel but if you're visiting NASA you can't beat the location.

The hotel was literally across the street from the NASA space center, our main attraction for the vacay. It also was very close to lots of options for food, coffee, drug stores and gas stations.

I shudder to think what 1 star would be if this was a 2 star hotel. At least there were no bugs. The kitchen had a stovetop and microwave but nothing to cook with, put food on, clean up with (no paper towels), no coffee maker, toaster, etc. The stairwells were dirty. The whole place smelled off.

Our stay was functional but frustrating.

Location was fine, I came down to the lobby for a cup of coffee as the attendant was wheeling the cart away but apparently it was just granola bars.

We checked in but didn't enter the room until late that evening, which took a couple trips down to the lobby because the keycards weren't working. Once we entered the room we found that housekeeping had skipped the room because the bed wasn't made and there was trash on the counter. The front desk was able to move us to another room but it wasn't a great start. Not having even a coffee pot in the room was annoying, that's a pretty standard feature in any type of hotel from my experience.

Friday and Saturday were fine not much interaction but Sunday staff was rude and seemed put out when I asked her check my room for my cell phone charger after I had already left even though no one had occupied the room yet
