The people that work there.

I didn't like that it was dirty. Outdated it didn't have a working pool or whirlpool like they had advertised on their site (please think about making changes) it will make your hotel more appealing if you just clean it really well and update the room. I was disappointed because I had to go somewhere else, which cost my daughter more money because I had already put all my money into you all. If you are the first place heading into Lake Geneva, Gateway to Geneva Lakes, you should have your guests want to come back. I believe your business would even be better than you thank. Good luck!

the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable

our room only had one chair inside (the other was broken) and the balcony only had one chair also. the room was advertised to have a king size bed, but it was only a queen, although it was comfortable. the middle of the floor in the room was clean, but the corners and near the walls were filthy. the entire hotel reeked of stale cigarettes. the bathroom ceiling was disgustingly dirty, and the mini fridge definitely had mold growing on the inside of the door. our room was on floor 2, and my friends had a room on the first floor and everything was much nicer and cleaner. for $125 per night our room was definitely not up to standards.

Nobody seemed to get cell service in this area.

The dresser

The employees over the phone sounded like they hated their job until I told them a military guest would be staying with them under my reservation. They acted a little more excited. The room itself was of decent quality. Not sure how they got my grandmas 1950s dresser in there, but I have to say it holds way more than those generic 3 drawer dressers. Slight layer of dust in some things. And sad there was a pool filled with only concrete and no water :-(

Disappointing

The location was nice ,right in heart of lake geneva.

Was not clean at all. Did all the cleaning myself,when it should of been staff.had a good time in lake geneva but next time will find different hotel.

We will not be returning and we will jot recommend to anyone.

No breakfast offered or coffee, but hotel was at a good location close to the downtown area.

The room was very dirty, not cleaned in a while. The rooms bed was not comfortable in the Roman suite (large circle bed). The whirlpool bath is in a hot stuffy bathroom. The pool and hot tub were shut down- no water and unable to use which was disappointing. They should have had a coffee pot in room but didn’t and continental breakfast would have been nice.

WiFi is good. Location is convenient. Parking is good.

Room is old in style. The equipment is not functioning properly (TV not working). Lighting is not very good.
