The property is nice, the breakfast is really good. The kids loved the pool and all the staff was very friendly.
Wasn’t a fan of the parking fee.

We quite enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. Sound proofing seemed good and the beds were comfortable. We made use of the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have food cooked to order
There are some improvements that could be made. Firstly, I really don't think parking on site should be chargeable. Fortunately I knew about this in advance so I parked in the street but reading other reviews suggests some guests are not made aware of this. Secondly, the pool and jacuzzi are really shabby and need some serious maintenance. Likewise, the rooms are a little shabby and need some updating. Chipped furniture, stained carpets etc. We were disappointed in the facilities in the bedroom. According to Booking.com there is a kitchenette but in reality there was a microwave oven and a sink. No plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. Definitely not a kitchenette! Finally we felt breakfast ended far too early. 9am is much too early for some people on vacation!

The breakfast was great!! The room was nice, and the staff was very accommodating. The exercise room had a variety of equipment.
The couch has a pull-out bed, and it was very thin, with springs sticking up that you could feel. My husband got all bitten up the last night we were there. His legs are full of bites. To be fair to the hotel, I did not say anything to them about this. I was hoping there would be a survey from them that I could fill out.
