Will stay at another hotel next time.

Communication regarding shuttle bus from airport, more timely answering of phones at front desk. TV did not work. Only one towel for two guests.

Less than perfect, but mostly minor stuff. After a long day of travel I was too tired to care,.

Beds very comfortable. Breakfast - traditional eggs, bacon, toast- eggs & bacon served on a black colored plate. Toast served on white plate.. can't Sheraton afford matching service pieces? Found it strange that a customer at next table who ordered oj was served his beverage in stemware, but my coffee was served in a paper cup. Not impressed with presentation. It's details that make a difference.

First room key didn't work. Had to get another. When finally got into room late in evening, discovered no bar soap in bathroom. Made do, using shampoo. No washcloth in sink or shower area. Finally found one in closet area near the iron.

Very poor

The beds were very comfortable. The location was very convenient.

There were no trash bags in the trash cans. There was only one large towel, no hand towels or wash cloths. There wasn't any coffee cups for coffee even though there was a machine and filters/pods for coffee.

Paid double the price

It was comfortable

I paid thru booking.com and then was billed thru the hotel after I checked in $149 thru booking.com and then billed $169 by the hotel double billed

Perfect for departure to airport

Airport. Close to rental car return and airport.

old hotel. needs updating badly.

A/c not working well. Phone not working most charging stations didn't work. Old rooms needed updating Room wasn't ready even after 4:00 pm.

Nice stay if you want to be near the airport

Spacious rooms, bar on site, lots of parking

During our stay they were having “piping issues” which caused a strong sewage odor on all floors (hallways and guest rooms) except in the lobby. It is very close to the airport so you will hear the planes taking off all night, if that’s a concern.

Okay before flight out. Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn block away 9/22 and it was better.

Breakfast was good, but dining room service slow. Hard to get servers attention. B

Quicker service In restaurants at dinner and breakfast. Room was decent but floor had mild smell like sewage. Plumbing made loud banging .

Air conditioning did not work!

Air conditioning did not work in room. Called to have it looked at and nobody had shown up an hour later. Then got dressed and went down to front desk. They had someone up to look at it within 5 minutes (probably picked up I was not happy) and they agreed it was not working. Changed rooms for us but was only able to get a few hours sleep before catching our flight!

Wish I would have booked at a different hotel!

The bed was comfortable

The hallways smelled, the carpet in our room was disgusting! Every time the air conditioner went on it made a banging noise!!

The staff was very friendly and bathroom looked like it had been recently updated.

The carpets were showing quite a bit of wear as were the walls.

The room was spacious

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and had to be folded in half to make it a little more bearable. For the room prices, breakfast should have been included. No fridge or microwave.

I had to move to 2 more rooms before I was able to get a room with heat.

Close to the airport, and excellent shuttle service.

The restaurant food was bland, and not warm.

The parking is a rip off…..over $10 a day. The heat was off on the lobby/restaurant level. I will never stay there again.

Fantastic location

minutes away from Isleta Casino & airport car rental return

Upon arrival, I stood waiting for several minutes to check in while 2 female employees were casually talking to each other. I finally had to interrupt them to let them know that I was there.

Adequate for our needs.

Conveniently located to the airport and major highway. Large rooms.

There was an odor in the property. the room was fine but the hallway on the 10th floor had a strong smell.
