The room was unexpectedly nice and super clean. We choose queen room with bunk bed for 4 people. The stay was comfortable. Niagara Falls was in walking distance may be within 15mins. We had no disturbance, were greated on door, also were given map regarding what the place had to offer. The have parking space as well and it doesn't require any additional payment. Room was super clean. We really had very comfortable stay. The have shared rooms as well if you are travelling under budget and have no problem with sharing.
There aren't any complaints.

This was my 3rd trip to Niagara falls, and I could finally find the best place to stay! It's really difficult to find a good place to stay in Niagara falls especially if you're going there on a busy weekend in summer... This is a great hostel near the Niagara Falls. The room (Private room with a queen bed and bunk beds) was very spacious and clean, with a great view of the Canadian side. The hostel is a little away from the Falls, but it was an easy walk to the Niagara falls (20-30 minutes) thanks to the gentleman at the reception desk. He gave us a map and showed us how to get to the Falls on foot and the best place to see the fireworks (5 minutes fireworks show on the labor day weekend, Saturday 10pm). Thanks to him, we could enjoy the beautiful trail along the Niagara river and the fireworks at night. (The trail he showed us was much better than walking on 3rd street (busy and not so clean). The hostel was very quiet and clean, too. I was so happy to book this hostel!
No restaurants or shops right next door. But, it's OK if you make plans ahead, either getting food beforehand or plan to walk a little bit (5-10 minutes walk to a gas station store or a restaurant).

Hotel was much better than expected! Although the building is old, the room had been renovated, very spacious and comfortable. Very good comunnication with the owner. Access to a shared kitchen with all needed facilities. Free parking
Hotel and rooms are better than presented on photos - photos should be updated!
