The bed was comfortable. it was fairly quiet.

The property looked run down. the pavement had many cracks, weeds growing out of the cracks by the swimming pool. The faucet would not turn off in the bathroom and the blow dryer would not work.

Building was run down. Stairs were falling apart. Bloodstains on the wall. Mosquitos in the room.

No breakfast! When I did my reservation online there’s a breakfast noted. It’s misleading customers in booking

When I asked the customer care at front desk, I asked if there’s breakfast. He told me nothing since pandemic. And said to him why it’s noted online. He answered in a very rude manner, if I want he can cancel my reservation. I understand the situation but they way he talked is not acceptable.

Nothing and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone nor would I ever stay there again. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached or affiliated with this property. They also falsely advertise the property and amenities.

They advertise a pool and breakfast but here is what we encountered. The property and buildings were very poorly maintained, no pool or breakfast, no hot warer, large clumps of lint blew out of the air-conditioning unit onto the bed most of the night, and the toilet would only flush if you held the handle down until it completely flushed. Asked for ice and received very little from the office. Outside patking areas had lots of broken concrete with grass and weeds growing out through the cracks. Not a pleasant picture.

Entry off the main road was steep and cracks and pot holes in pavement. property looked neglected. Advertised pool and breakfast but had no breakfast and no water in pool. The room at a glance looked clean but there were wads of dust bunnies under the bed. appeared most of the people staying here were workmen from the area.

That there was not any water, the office smelt like urin, the manager couldn't be understood.

It wasn’t much of a breakfast, so we went out for breakfast. There was a hole in the carpet on the stairway, that my wife tripped on. We told the gentleman behind the desk, who didn’t seem to concerned about it.

I didn’t have breakfast. The AC conditioner did not not work. There was no hangers to put your clothes on.

We didn’t stay. We pulled in and the condition was horrible. Looked like permanent residents living there. Scary looking. Old wrecked cars. Pool was dry and full of garbage. The office was locked with a buzzer to push but just from the outside we could tell it was filthy!! We cancelled and asked for our money back once I was able to get ahold of someone on the phone. We had two small boys and felt unsafe just driving through!!

It should not be listed as a hotel on any site!!

The location was good.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I'll never go back. Better off spending additional money to stay at the Hampton inn in Brigham City.

I didn’t like anything. It worked but it honestly was worse than camping

The reception was rude. The whole place was filthy. Half the lights didn’t work in our room. The doors didn’t close all the way and made me feel extremely unsafe. There were bugs everywhere including in the bed. The sheets had dirt stains on them. We couldn’t settle down and sleep because we felt unsafe and were extremely itchy so we packed up and left after spending 1 hour and 30min in the room trying to make it work.

The booking said there would be breakfast but I was told there wasn’t when I checked in.

The property is an older motel in need of upgrading. Though I believe the owner is trying, there is still a lot of work ahead to bring it out of the doldrums. The room was clean and quiet but the shower had no water pressure. We stayed in several motels on our trip and got much better facilities for the same price.
