Will book again over than what I listed the stay was great

The location was good it was spacious and quiet not to far from the.beach and other attraction my grandkids had a ball

no dish detergent,some of the remotes didn't work,no large frying pans I love to cook for my family,

This is a run-down, unmaintained, tacky condo that no-one is maintaining. Don't stay here

This condo was dirty and not maintained at all Light fixtures and switches didn't work. Appliances were rusty or broken, faucets were leaky, toilets leaked and were rocky, the tub smelled of mildew, windows were broken so had water and mold between panes, Carpet was filthy, floor tiles were broken, laminate counter was broken and cracked. Freezer was rusty. Balcony was so dirty that we couldn't use it. The gym was dirty with very old, unmaintained equipment and no sanitizing wipes. We complained to facilities management and they said--too bad. Also, do not book a long-term stay with www.booking.com as they don't provide basic amenities for the duration of the stay.

Excellent stay!!! - happy we found this location.

The overall amenities for usage. Pool, rec center, grills etc. Value of the accommodations was the big win!! The rooms were awesome !! My wife and I were traveling with another couple and there kids and there room was gorgeous also. Access to beach and attractions was less than 10mins away. The grounds were clean and tidy as the landscaping was beautiful. This is the prefect location for family and friends or just a romantic stay with spouse or partner. Security is great also..

The amenities were good. Loved the indoor/outdoor pools. Staff was nice but only encountered them during check-in. It is a great location. Easy to get to the beach/attractions.

It's false advertising. The pictures you see online about the condos are absolutely fraudulent portrayals. We were willing to spend a lot of money on a nice up to date condo. When we reached our room, it was outdated. Doors were broken. Ceilings were stained, pineapples everywhere. The king-size bed was literally 2 twin beds pushed together with a foam cushion in th middle. Bed ended sinking, leaving a great divide between the twin mattresses. I felt ripped off. Which was extremely disappointing since it took a loooong time to save for this trip.

If you just let people adjust air conditioning for themselves than lock it on freezing

I liked the place it is spacious.

The air cons in the rooms causes kids to freeze because it’s too cold , even for adults too. It is uncomfortable

Quiet atmosphere in the heart of Myrtle Beach.

Location was great. Convenient to shopping, dining, grocery store, etc. but yet away from main traffic areas. Pool easily accessible to condo. Comfortable space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Quality towels. Bathrooms were clean. We will likely stay in these condos again.

Several small repairs in kitchen and living area should have been made before we arrived. Common area in condo was not as clean as it should have been. Kitchen was not stocked very well. A little extra TLC to this condo and I would give it a much better rating. The manager listened to our concerns and appreciated the opportunity to correct these concerns.

It's in a really good area. Less than 5 min from the beach, and right next to most all the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Condos are spacious and feels like home.

The condos need attention. We had a broke fan in one room, missing a HDMI cable on one of the tvs, and allot of the recepticle plates where broke off. Tiles where broke in the floor bathrooms and just glued on top of the cracks I guess to not break more. Screen door was not attached to the balcony door, Lights on the balcony didn't work, and was not enough towels and wash rags for 5ppl that we booked the room for.Needs to be cleaned a little better as it didn't look like they sweep under the love seat that's on hardwood and moved very easily. We was suppose to get a king and two full size beds and when we walked in there where 4 fulls. I told the office manager he said they just put one set together which was fine as they had a foam piece to put in the seam, but didn't give me any king sheets for the bed. Beds where very hard and not comfortable at all. With that it was still a decent property for the price.

I would not recommend.

Location!

We reserved to stay for 5 days, and stayed for less than 24 hrs. The room was horrible. While getting our children ready for bed, we found sheets already placed on the sofa bed, we have never seen it done this way, maybe the mattress protector, but not sheets. However, because this is not common, we stripped and prepared to put new linens on from their linen closet, only to find huge food crumbs in the bed on the plastic mattress wrapping. So we flipped it as nothing could be done at nearly 11:00 at night. Well, the linens were stained and unclean. We reached out to the after hours contact only to be told that there was nothing to accommodate us on the site and that they’d have to get something from another property. We waited over 45 minutes and called again, only to be told that they received notice that the replacements were given to us, well they weren’t and after an additional 20 minutes, finally we received sheets and towels that were useless since we figured out a temporary solution, so we thought. After taking sheets off of one bed to put on another, we find a filthy box spring, which prompted a late night thorough sweep. Chip bags under the sofa, a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, a dead spider in a kitchen bowl, dirty washing machine, two twin size mattresses and box springs to make the “king” sized bed,… the list goes on! Normally I do a thorough sweep after check-in and before any plans are made, but this time we were so hungry and after a 7 hr drive, I did the “major sweep,” sheets, bathroom, fridge etc… The manager Matthew, refunded the first night and offered housekeeping to re-clean, which was not an option, after all, it should have been done properly in the first place. We requested the refund of our money which was given, however it is still pending. The resort is beautiful, and from our short stay the staff is great, however housekeeping is not. I asked whose responsibility is the cleaning, I was informed that the resort does the cleaning, but fu

Could do better

It's located in a nice area and close to everything you will go to Myrtle Beach for. It is a quiet area.

We stayed in building 4817 unit 303. The place was not set up to sleep 5 people unless you want to sleep on an old couch. It was advertised with two twin beds in one of the rooms and a sleeper sofa. I came with two full sizes beds and a sofa to sleep on. The owner needs to upgrade the couch to a sleeper sofa with a pull out bed. My daughter has sensitive skin, so I didn't let her sleep on the couch. I ended up sleeping on the couch, which was very uncomfortable. I have chronic back pain from an accident in the military, so sleeping on a sofa without sufficient cushion was unacceptable. I was unable to change the unit as the office says they can't guarantee what the owners put in their home. I don't blame the office. It's on the owner to make sure their unit is suitable for all guests. We didn't use any amenities as we were busy the three days there. The only other issue was waking up every morning to someone stomping on the floor starting between 730-8am.

Never stayed

We arrived only to find we didn't have a reservation. It was not found. Therefore, we had to stay somewhere else. The property looked nice in appearance. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see inside of any of the unit(s).

I didn't like the fact that my reservation wasn't found. I previously spoke to a staff member and she instructed me to pay the remaining balance upon arrival. My reservation still showed confirmed all the way up until the date of check-out. The place we ended up staying was not up to par with our vacation expectations.

It was an amazing, quick getaway.

We loved being near the golf course. It was quiet and we really enjoyed the space. We will be back.

Great stay

I liked the Condo it was spacious. I liked the ease of checking in after hours. Loved the location. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool area. Was really relaxing in the hot tub.

The time for a maintenance repair. Took way to long considering there was an alarm beeping from 10pm our first night at check in until 4:30pm the next afternoon. Request at office 9:30 am on the second day. The maintenance guys were really sweet and fixed the problem very quickly once they arrived.

was a nice getaway but the bedding in the apartment and condos need to upgrade the way they have the mattress setup

Great getaway and nice & quite location

the beds are very uncomfortable, it’s twin beds put together to make a queen and the mattress is hard and uncomfortable
