The Room, pool area, staff, included breakfast and the cleanliness.
I don’t like the parking deck it’s very tight and I didn’t like elevators running slow or shaky

We had an issue with our original booked hotel and the staff here were wonderful and went out of their way for us. It was right on the beach and clean.
The internet and the cable were very spotty and buffered a lot.

We brought food to cook for the holiday and forgot an appliance, but they had one and them some. They had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing and the 2nd pool on the 10th floor was pretty cool, and separate from the busy main pool on ground level. Also our floor was the 8th floor and the parking deck went to the 8th, so unloading and loading the car was so convenient.
Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

There are two pools. One on ground level and one on the tenth floor. During peak season there is a TIki Bar by the ground level pool. There are also plenty of places to sit, including 3 swings, and two corn hole games. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful.
Parking - If you have a large vehicle it makes it hard to park. Times are extremely tight. Rooms - some rooms are owned by the resort and some individually. We stayed in one that was run by the resort. It was really run down and I don’t think they had mopped in ages. The kitchen area was so small and hardly any utensils (on 2 forks) or pots and pans to cook with. The beds were more like trampolines.
