Location and price.
I know hard to do, however breakfast was 6-9. There was not much food available at 8.

Location and staff
The room was filthy and smelled like pee as soon as I arrived at my room, I mopped the entire floor and bathroom. The mop was filthy afterwards didn’t look like it had been mopped in months. I think hotel should mop floors at least weekly if not daily. really the mop boards and walls needed wiped down. The ceiling looked like it was halfway falling in because of water damage the tile in the bathroom along the wall was coming loose. The water was extremely hot with lots of pressure which kind of felt nice and a big lot of hair came out of the drain when my wife was taking a bath and that was pretty gross
