I loved the customer service, very personable staff. And my Haitian Sister was most hospitable ;-)
I think the hallways would benefit from some sort of air freshener....always seemed to be some kind of odor.

The staff was very friendly. I love how everything was nearby. I loved that it wasn’t regular boring TV they had a smart TV that had Netflix, Prime and more.
The rough towels and hard bed.

Nice but $300 for a standard king with a balcony is extremely overpriced.
It’s an older hotel, parking is a nightmare extremely cramped. And the price is extremely overpriced.
