The location was great, we have family in Orlando so it was easy to get to and from where we needed to go. The hotel was nice and clean, definitely the room showed some aging as far as carpet wear etc.

The room was very clean and room was amazing cool for Florida heat. Kids loved that there was a pool.
Pillows were very stiff and bathroom was very tight for a family room.

Price was very good. Located in downtown, where I needed to be. Staff was helpful.
The hotel is located right next to a bridge that is part of a freeway, so there is constant traffic noise, 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, the sound of cars and other vehicles could be clearly heard from the room, including throughout the night.
I initially stayed on the 8th floor and had to ask to be moved to the 13th floor because of the noise. The staff was very kind and accommodating and promptly arranged the room change, which I truly appreciated. However, even on the 13th floor, the freeway noise was still noticeable.
This is something I believe guests should be aware of, particularly those who are sensitive to noise or are looking for a quiet environment for a good night’s sleep.
