We stay here when we take a quick trip to Legoland and need a place to stay overnight.

The property was dirty. We weren’t given a keycard because it was not working and the sheets smelled like piss

The hotel is very old andvery expensive for the quality of the room. It's not very clean and there is a lot of noise form the other rooms, you can hear everything.

The beds were comfortable,
but the rooms were dirty . Dead roaches were everywhere and it had a smell ! Half of the lights did not work , tv didn’t come on ! Showers were dirty !

Ernest was the first person I saw at the front desk super professional and I had an issue with the t.v. remote with in 5 mins Jaimie was there to fix it it took about 10 15 to fix. I appreciated how he handled the issue. Staff there are super nice and helpful. I love the pool that's why I stay there fron tome to time.
I was on the 3rd floor 328 was my room number and the ceiling had a slight leak so I couldn't sleep on that bed. Since I was alone it wasn't a big deal. However someone needs to fix that issue that could be major if it gave way and the bed had a grapefruit size wet spot..

Location was great.
Houskeeper was wonderful, beds were horrible, and curtains were falling and raggedy. Rooms need to be updated, they were clean as you can get a room cleaned when everything is old and broken down.

it’s wasn’t loud while trying to sleep
when the ac would turn off, the floor felt wet. not sure if there was a flooring issue.

NITHING THE STAFF WAS RUDE. HOTEL WAS GROSS ROACHES EVERYWHERE.. POOL WAS NICE & BIG BUT NASTY. COBWEBS EVERYWHERE PLACE IS GROSS.. TEAR IT DOWN.. STOP TRYING TO MAKE A ROACH MOTEL A FAMILY RESORT.. NASTY GROSS PLACE SUCKED!!! WORST PLACE EVER BEWARE...

nothing at all, the place is disgusting. structure should be torn down.
roaches, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in years. hair and funk on the toilet. eyelash stuck behind the faucet of sink. the room literally looked like all they do is make the bed. even the sheets had stains on them.

I like that it was about a 12 minute walk to Legoland
first off, you have to update the rooms paint the doors paint the headboards do something because it looks like the room has not been updated since it's been opened. Also, you guys should have brooms in each room since there is no carpet the floor get so dirty and leaves our feet black .I didn't like that as soon as you walk in to check in the front desk does not even greet you, they are eating in your face, they are very rude, they do not have great customer service, especially the Night Shift. You really need to retrain them all about customer service. Also, booking says complimentary breakfast, and when I went to the front desk, they said, and I quote " its a lie ", that's unprofessional

The location if you are going to legoland is perfect
This hotel is horrible, super dirty, no maintnance, rude staff, moldy bathroom, our room you cannot walk without crocs since the floor was so dirty.

Close to Legoland & some staff were really nice.
Spiderwebs everywhere, property not clean, some staff was rude, 1st room the shower handle was broke & 2nd room the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on.

Near to Legoland and a lot of restaurants in the area.
We had to ask for another room because the AC didn't work, bathroom wasn't clean, and the door the conect both room didn't look, second room: the toilet was clogged, refrigerator was making a lot a noise, bed frame wasn't screwed into the headboard and the ved was giggling left to rigths a lot of stains inside the bathtub, and was a lot a hairs everywhere. Elevators didn't work and we had to carry all our luggage by hand to the third floor.

the building is very old, and we had to walk up three flight of stairs and the elevator was nasty, they need to shut that hotel down! or remodel it
