It was nice I enjoyed my stay but I think the rates could have been a little cheaper

It was a good location we was on ground floor and people above us was really noisy

We had to work on tv every time we cut it on. The first night called office but time maintenance got there we had it fixed. Bathroom door needed to be worked on it was hard to shut

Great value for the price. I was very grateful to be able to travel with my dog.

No breakfast, just coffee. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful assistant manager.

Dirty floors. Leaking toilet. The TV remote wasn't working properly.

The room was super nasty, the floors really. My 10m old couldn't even crawl around because his legs and feet whatever body part touched the floor was black!!!

This may be the most over-priced poor quality hotel that I've visited in 40 years of traveling.

The location is in Gulf Shores, a desirable destination, and it was on the low end of the price range, so within reach of someone budget conscious. I picked the place based on price.

When we drove up, there were police cars in the parking lot. If I hadn't already pre-paid, I would have kept driving. Police were evicting an unruly guest, which I guess is better than having to endure continued unruliness. The bathroom door was broken in Room 219 where we stayed. It appeared that someone had struck the door with a fist or some blunt object. When my husband started to make coffee in the room's coffee maker, he discovered that a previous guest had poured coffee back into the reservoir and left it there. Housekeeping had not cleaned it. We booked for two adults and two children, although only one child stayed with us. We were provided only two towels and a hand towel. Most concerning is the structural integrity of the second floor. My husband noticed that part of the exterior concrete has settled and pulled away from railings, leaving a gap. At checkout, I asked for a printed copy of the room charges as a receipt. The desk clerk refused, saying she couldn't print anything, as I had paid through a booking service. She said that she couldn't tell me how much the charges were, because I paid through a booking service. I understand that there is an online checkout option. However, it is reasonable for a guest to want to review the bill at checkout to make sure that it is correct.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Efficient staff. Had minor issue in the beginning, but manager worked with us and went above and beyond our expectations.

Breakfast was poor, no coffee cups were available. There was only 5 plain bagels some fruit loops cereal and waffles. Both morning were the same for breakfast.

How I was charged when I wasn't even there. The wifi sucked. I feel like booking through a third party sucked I had to pay 200 just to get a room to stay in.

It was horrible. From 1 in the morning til 6 am there was banging and bumping on all sides

nothing. My door to my room the lock was broken. the phone didn’t work. Holes in the wall.

Friendly staff, huge comfy bed, lots of pillows. Fairly good breakfast too.

That chair! The arm chair in my room was pretty beat up, rips in the arms and seats. Lol. The rest of the room was completely redone beautiful. But oh my, that chair!

It was the worst travel stay in my life. The place should be closed down. DO NOT STAY THERE!!

I called 7 times, trying to let them know that we'll be arriving earlier than expected however their phone must not have been working...not even a ring or the ability to leave a message. They agreed to give us a ground floor room as carrying luggage up a flight of stairs for people in their late 70's is not easy. The room we were given was 1 flight up. The room was dirty, the WI-FI was not working, the TV was not working, and it was crawling with night bugs. The owner/manager was never at his station.

There was a dead bug behind the coffee maker. The floor was uncarpeted with dark fake wood flooring. When wiped with a clean damp paper towel, the towel turned black. I had a hot cup of coffee that I sat down on my nightstand. A bug crawled over my hand and another drowned in my coffee cup. The tub-shower was too slippery to use, as it hadn't any non-slip strips or a grab bar. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
