Great hotel close to the lake.

Great room with a "fireplace" for atmosphere. Communication with hotel via booking.com and text messages with quick replys. An online checkin and deposit has to be made before entering the room is possible. The lake is within walking distance.

Entspannte Auzeit am Lake Tahoe

Schönes Design in den Zimmern. Genügend Platz und eine gute Austattung, sogar ein Toaster in der Küche und echtes Geschirr. Bequemes Bett und super angenehme Bettwäsche. Super TV mit unzähligen Sendern. Schöne ruhige Lage, zumindest im Herbst. Online Check‐In gut organisiert, Staff gut zu erreichen, bei Fragen oder Problemen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und nur 2 Nächte da, wären gerne länger da geblieben.

No pool, lack of lighting in surrounding areas if walk to/from hotel after dark.

very pleasant: one of the best sleeps of the vacation

location: despite the fact that many motels and hotel facilities are on the main road, this motel is on a relatively quiet and pleasant side street. We took advantage of the heating via the fully functioning gas fireplace. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For those arriving at the last minute, not domiciled in US, booking might be rather complicated. If you do not have a perfect network connection and a phone subscription that includes calls, you risk a not inconsiderable roaming charge. This is mainly due to the fact that the lobby does not exist and check in must be done online or by calling the facility.

The Jeffrey was a wonderful place to stay!!

Location of the Jeffrey was great. It’s an easy walk to Heavenly Village. The room was fantastic and comfortable.

lovely rooms within easy walking distance of the main tourist area which is full of shops & restaurants.

the rooms were very well decorated and super comfortable for the small space. the bathroom was very nice and large.

it went smoothly, but I’m not a big fan of completely digital check-in

The amenities in the room were amazing. Jacuzzi with jets, fireplace, comfy bed, amazing location.

Parking is a little tight but manageable.

A place to be away from it all or to go out and do it all.

Accessible from main boulevard, quiet street, boutique sized vs mega-motel.

Maid service on as-needed basis rather than daily service. This has become the standard since Covid.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to our concert at Harvey's, the shops, and the lake. Kitchenette was good size with everything we needed. Contactless check-in and check-out was easy, as was the keyless door.

The bed was a bit softer than we like, but that's just a preference thing. Husband wished there had been an ice machine, but that's hardly a necessity. You can hear the neighboring room's TV through the wall, but otherwise the room and the surroundings were nice and quiet.

Centrally located to everything, well worth the price.

Location, location, location! We were right in the middle of everything we needed or wanted to see. Casinos, beach, heavenly village and restaurants. We had a standard king size room, which included a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a small dining table. They even left plates and silverware.

Through no fault of theirs, we didn't care for the room on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, the room above us, had some heavy walkers. So I'd recommend requesting a room on the top floor.

Worst hotel stay and service in our extensive travel experience!!

first, checking in was a nightmare. 100% off site communication required. Started three days prior to check in. Several calls, no call back. Lucky if someone answered the phone number that was given. NO INSULATION BETWEEN FLOORS. Woken up continuously during night from upstairs heavy footsteps! Don’t stay here if on ground floor! Requested refresh on towels and coffee after three days and two phone calls . Nothing done about request. No call back or communication on request. Had to check out early due to lack of sleep and service.

Loved our stay at The Jeffrey; it was affordable, clean, and everything was easy!

PERFECT location; off the beaten path so it felt quiet & relaxing, but close enough for an easy walk! We also loved the look of the hotel, the fireplace was so cute! It was clean, check in was easy, and temperature was comfortable!

The walls were pretty thin; our neighbors stayed up watching loud action movies until 2 AM and it sounded like there were literal explosions happening. Not the hotel's fault, though!

Disappointed

Location of hotel was good and wood floor.

Unfortunately, we were given corner room which was very small. The bathroom was also very small. Very to difficult to stand inside the small stand-up shower. Besides bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it had no ventilation. The very small foyer outside the bathroom had no light. We stayed for 5 nights but received room service only once. A day after we checked out the property charged us extra fees for towels even without informing his. They say that towels had stains. Please be very careful with The Jefferey they will charge your CC without informing the customer. This is an expensive hotel with very poor service.

The updated room was convenient to many activities and restaurants & was situated in a peaceful plac

It was clean, updated and the lock code was easy to do. Comfortable beds and liked having the coffee machine and refrigerator in the room.

Nice overall with some minor drawbacks

Good value, great location, cute decor, nice bed.

Clean room, nicely decorated and modern, fridge and microwave, high water pressure, functional and quick heater, contactless entry, spacious and firm bed, decaf coffee option, nice view from window.

We couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan. Also the cord for the coffee machine wasn't long enough to plug in in the kitchen, so we had to move it to use it.
