Being let into my room not having a key until 10:30pm and being given the wrong key to someone else’s room. This was really ghetto as Hel roach was on the bathroom ceiling stink bug in the room I would dare recommend this place also I heard a loud sound all night in my room like something was hitting the fridge

It was very good deal for a awesome week get away.

The distance of restaurants and variety was so convenient.

The pool was closed and was not notified until arrival.

VERY BAD - VERY BAD

Def not appropriate staff. First young man non-apologetic about NO POOL available - said it was for servicing. The pool was dark green. Had we been told prior that it was not available, would have DEF chosen another place to stay. At 3:00, room not available for 4:00 check-in even though there was NO way the hotel was full booked. Was on a non-smoking floor and hallway smelled of smoke. Room did not. I had a stain on my coverlet on bed. Min temp allowed is 60 for AC TV not a lot of options for watching. TRIED to use fitness room - card would NOT open it. Went downstairs to same non-caring young man, he took card, ran it through something and gave back -- went back up, did NOT open. Went back down, different person - gave me another card and asked me to bring back when done - that card did NOT open it. I went back down a third time - asked him to come with me. His card worked. When in fitness room - weights only had ONE 15 lb and ONE 20 lb. No 10 lb or less options. Hot in room, AC not cool at all. Chairs in halls were torn fronts, need to be reupholstered. Carpets disgusting. Floors in elevators muddy and smell. Thankfully we only were in room not long while we were there out of town for our plans. Where I'm from Windham Gardens are almost as good as Marriotts -- this location was NO WHERE close to even a Hotel 6. AWFUL! Breakfast was one of the worst -- ONE girl to cook and clean. Bacon was thin and overcooked. Cereal was off brand. Juice machine broken. Eggs were not kept up to amounts in trays. And when food brought out, it was in same dirty tray as last times. No cold or filtered water available -- was told had to purchase from vending machine. Coffee was yukky taste. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in a long time! I have pictures of all.

It was not a good experience. Grateful that we didn’t have to be there except to sleep.

It was convenient and the beds we’re comfortable

The staff was not friendly. Only cleaned our room 1 time in the 4 nights we stayed. Did not have clean bath towels for us 2 days while we were there. Ice machine on first floor does not work and it didn’t seem that the staff new it. And obviously did not care.

The bathroom has mold in the shower the tub faucet not shut properly they mold in the ceiling of the bathroom the carpet is very dusty

I will come back AGAIN overall two weeks in a hotel made me feel like I was at home .

Very well located and near all the attractions ! Clean and efficient staff .

Only the breakfast situation was a bit not to my satisfaction . I need it to get up very early so I could get breakfast at 6 am after 6:40 it was nothing left specially in the weekend weekdays was a bit better . It was good still put out but on weekends not enough food for everyone hardly refilled every hour like it was supposed and had seen in other places that make sure they know all the Customers had plenty to eat .

Choose another hotel...one night was too much for us!!

Room had a damp feel to it, which was apparent as soon as I walked in. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. Low countertop in bathroom, as a result of new floor being layed on top of old flooring, maybe more than once. Toilet seemed low enough for a kindergarten bathroom. I went to 3 floors before finding a working ice machine.

HORRIBLE!! Car was stolen only comp my room for one night

Everything was marginal until my car was stolen at 9pm, it was not busy, they had cameras but the staff didn’t check. I repeat it was not busy and all the hotel did was comp a one night room stay. Pathetic and unacceptable! To have my car stolen in a different city and state that I reside in is unacceptable. More should have been done by the staff to accommodate their short comings. This was a whole car worth 21,000. Only two years old.

They allowed my car to be stolen due to bad cameras and a lazy staff!

It was awful!

The shower had great water pressure. Bed was comfortable.

Location, sucked. Industrial area. Staff not helpful. Every time we asked for something, they were out of it or it was being repaired. Milk at breakfast had an expired date, juice machine was broke, no chair in room, a homeless person seemed to be allowed to come and go as he pleased in lobby, eggs were burnt both mornings for breakfast. Had trouble with room cards. Was not pleased with this hotel, should not have the Wyndham name associated with it because it did not live up to the Wyndham standards we are use to and expect in a Wyndham Hotel!

The beds were clean and the check in was easy

Breakfast could’ve been better machine was out of order and the pool was closed and dirty and the website should state the pool is closed until when you open up there was homeless looking people walking inside and out

It’s was worst stay ever.

Breakfast was not good at all. There was no butter no cheese, no juice,no milk .

Rooms were not good, flush in bathroom didn’t work. Bed is too small to fit 2 people, vending machine not working.lights in the rooms not working.

the smell of cigarette you enter to the lobby and to the room. the phone inside the room is not working as well as the aircon. the breakfast😞 first time I encountered. Very disappointing.

Very Motel 6 like.

We had no soap no shampoo no towels no wash clothes only two pillows we had to switch rooms when we got there because the initial room was too small for our family of 6 and we reserved it online with no changes to our guests so we didn’t understand the mix up but even when we got to the new room it wasn’t much better. Never again.!
