l'INFORMATION AU SUJET DE L'HÔTEL INDIQUE ACCEPTER LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIES. Nous voyageons avec un petit chat dégriffé. La préposé à l'acceuil a refuser notre réservation dû au petit chat. Nous avons perdu le montant de 108.00 $ déposer à Booking . com. C'est terminer les réservations avec BOOKING.COM . La restriction du chat n'était pas indiquer sur le site de l'hôtel. La réceptioniste fut très désagréable.

I really like how convinient we were to the outlets. We could just walk

I like everything about it.

that my room floor was dirty and we had lots of black ants in our room and the shower curtain smelled like pee.

I would absolutely choose this location again for the staff, the easy location and the value.

The woman that checked me in was super nice and very efficient. We needed an extra pillow and she delivered it within minutes. I spoke to her about the area and she offered some good ideas.

The room was old but very clean. The door to the bathroom and the main door were a little tough to open and close.

Location is good for shopping at out lets

The hotel is very run down,Our room flooded, the outside was all over grown. I fell in the parking lot the woman didn’t even come out to see if I was ok. My son took me to hospital when I asked her for an accident report from hotel she told me they didn’t have any! Very Disappointed!!!

Very dirty no room service no phone in room door leaks water all over floor and hidden cost when y get there they demand $60.00 in top of what u already had to pay and the lady at the front desk a nasty rude person

The rooms were big. We had a suite

The bathroon sink clogged everytime it was used The floors were absolutely disgusting and when we asked for her to clean them she was rude and disrespectful and didnt clean them

Great staff

The location was close to all the stores. Neil at the front desk was absolutely pleasant and very informative.

The floors in the room were dirty and the sheets had spots on them. The walls were very thin so I was able to hear the next room’s conversations.

Very dirty. Mold in multiple areas in bathroom Items stuck to walls,mirrors, tv,headboard and basically everywhere else in the room. Holes in ceiling. Worst room I have ever stayed in.

Enjoy the Lake George area but think price of room is a little high.

There was no breakfast, The bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. Location was close to outlet stores.

Need a chair to sit in instead of just the bed. There was no soap/lotion in bathroom. Could use some outside chairs on upper deck to enjoy summer air.

I will not recommend anyone to stay there and I will not go back.

Only coffee was available, no breakfast.

When first entering the room, it needed to be more thoroughly vacuumed. It was still dirty from the previous guests. The shower liner was moldy and needed to be replaced with a new liner. There was a partially drank water which was red in appearance located in the closet just above the iron. There was a discarded used cigarette between the refrigerator space and the cabinet. I know every where there is a staff shortage, but a walk through by management would be a good idea.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL. NO POOL AND DIRTY

No Breakfast on Machine coffee

NO POOL-ROOMS HAD TO BE MUCH CLEANER. THE ROOMS WERE VERY DUSTY AND FULL OF POLLEN AND DEAD BUGS. LOCATION GARBAGE BINS WERE OVERFLOWING FOR 2 DAYS.

Front desk gentleman was fantastic and funny!! The room was so clean and comfortable. Lanie was fantastic.. Will surely stay again!

The staff is great. I ended up coming earlier than expected. They put myself my newborn and husband in a bigger room for the same price we paid. To accommodate with all the baby items we have.

Only the little stains on the ceiling and smelling cigarette smoke through the bathroom vent.

Overall fine for what we needed.

Overall very pleased with everything. For the price, the room was fine and very convenient location

King size beds were not as comfortable as the queen beds. King rooms much smaller and bathrooms could use an update. Queen size bed room - bathroom has been updated.

Left within a hour. Worst hotel I ever seen. So dirty. Bed has dirt all over. Bugs. So we missed the winter fest
