Overall, room and facilities very nice and clean. Great that they’re dog friendly
Heating unit rather loud for sleeping. Toilet needs to be adjusted so it fills properly and doesn’t run as much. Spa part of pool not functioning.

Love the location
Floors were filthy. Carpets in front if my room needed vacuuming. Corners haven't been vacuumed in a long time. My bathroom floor had debris on it. Hadn't been swept or moped. I wrote on envelope about the floor, but was never cleaned

Breakfast was good .
Had a screaming/crying kid at 3 am next door to us on first night 307 for over half hour, the second night it was 10:30 pm same room. So first night going first night we couldn't go back sleep. I wasn't happy that we weren't informed that hot tub was closed when we check in expectally because it was just adults in reservations
