The room was supposed to be non-smoking, and it smelled like smoke. There was no microwave, and our neighbors were extremely loud. The beds were very uncomfortable, and they put top sheets over the mattress instead of fitted sheets, and they kept slipping off the bed. The refrigerator was not clean and smelled awful.

Check in staff was very nice! Other than that I was kinda scared to stay there and not get bed hugs or something.

It is SOOO run down! Trash outside every room and honestly it was scary. No one around which was probably a good thing.

The pool, the view

The room was dirty, wet rug, no idea what was on it, old, rust everywhere, peeling paint, no plastic cups, there was a single cup coffee maker, no coffee, cups, creamers, swizzle sticks, absolutely nothing to make coffee. The guy behind front desk was miserable. Of course smelled pot while sitting outside. And the worst-THE BED! Such a cheap mattress! Hardly any padding on it. Avoid this hotel! Horrible!

Probably worst hotel ever stayed in. Will never stay there again. Buyer beware.

Had a place to sleep. Were able to watch part of the Yankee game. Water was hot in the shower.

Could not lock door between adjoining rooms. Security locks removed from front door. No coffee pot. We had to kill ants in ghe room. Bed sheet was not fitted and did not stay on bed. One of the towels still had tags on it so had obviously never been washed. No one in office to check out, door was locked.

Worse than expected

Cleaning personnel was very friendly

Probably the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Beds seemed clean, but smelled. The first room I was sent to had a broken window that was covered with cardboard. People walking around there looked just sketchy. The room was very dark, the lights were barely working. I did not feel safe staying there.

The place was ran down, the room door wouldn’t open and after the two guys tried and got it all I could smell was smoke. I asked them if that was cigarette smoke and they said no, it’s probably from upstairs. It was def cigarette smoke in the whole room and it was so bad I was dry heaving and told them to cancel my stay. The room was disgusting and drab, smelled horrid and run down

Pathetic management and sketchy place

This place is not managed at all and should not be on a booking website. We tried calling on our way to check in and there was no way to get a hold of them. We tried two different numbers and neither worked. Then when we got there there was no one around to let us in. So then we called the number they had on the door. The guy on the phone was not helpful and we could barely understand what he was saying but by the end he said he was on his way. We stood outside for several minutes and finally the guy came out of nowhere and again barely spoke any English. When we asked about checking in he said they had no rooms available. We told him we already paid for a room and have the confirmation email and he again made no sense barely speaking any English but basically telling us we can’t stay there. He ended up “calling” someone but was speaking in his native language and clearly wasn’t going to help us. We told him to forget it and we got out of there. That place was not only unhelpful and a scam but it felt very unsafe and sketchy. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY WITH THEM!!! After trying several other places who were all nice and trying to help we finally ended up staying at The George getting their last available room!

I did not know there was a breakfast. It doesn’t even matter what I write… No one cares this is a waste of my time

I didn’t like the fact that the listings on the internet had the accommodations listed as pet friendly and had a room price but it was actually something like $30 more that had to be paid in cash. This felt wrong…?!? Room was super hot, it was like they had the heat going full blast all night. This was in early October when it was still relatively warm. I had to turn on AC to try to cool it down. The noise of the window AC unit kept me awake all night plus I was still sweating in the bed without the covers on. Over all it was probably one step up from sleeping in my car, which I will consider doing the next time. You can do better.

9/10 For a new couple. Will book again!

It was quiet, everything we needed. Everyone was nice, and everything worked well! The shower was fantastic, great water pressure. The beds were comfortable and soft, didn't make any noise when you moved on them. The view from outside the room was amazing, nice place to watch the sunset. The blinds kept the sun out which was a great bonus!

The room ran hot, there WAS air conditioning, but it didn't go lower than 70 degrees. Also, no wi-fi, but not a big deal these days.

Good location.

Room had no amenities other than a fridge and TV. The TV remote did not work. Freezer was blocked with ice so we had to thaw it out before using it as we needed it for ice packs. There was no wifi, even though it was advertised. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No microwave or coffee maker. We will not go back there!

Never again

Location was good! There is a pool!

Room not clean, stuff left in the fridge/freezer, mouse poo on TV stand, no pillow case on the pillow, only 2 towels and they were stained with brown spots all over them, sheet covering the mattress was a flat sheet that would not stay tucked! Why have a 1 cup coffee pot and no coffee?

It was clean affordable good location nice view .

I enjoyed my stay. It was too cold to swim in the pool. I’d definitely go back . The only thing is I had to ask for towels wash clothes and bath mat .

If they had towels in the room that would have been better.

Don't waste your money

I didn't like anything.

It was supposed to include a full refrigerator and it had a very small one. There were no towels in the room and I didn't get in cleaning service for the entire 7 nights I was there.

Entire facility is run down. Lawn isn’t mowed, pool is 3 feet deep and small. Parking lot is full poorly lit. Rooms were old, paint chipping off walls. We arrived after 10pm, check in clerk did not speak at all other then to ask for my ID. Upon entering the room the floor was soaked and the ceiling leaking…but with two sleepy kids, the lack of hospitality when arriving and the poorly lit area I did not want to go back out. The room was so dingy and dirty I was afraid to get under the blankets. The smell was musty and moldy. Needless to say we booked two nights and only stayed one. In our rush to get out my daughter left her iPad, good luck getting a person on the line (once you find a working number for this location), when I finally did the person who answered barely spoke English and clearly didn’t understand what I was saying and hung up on me!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!

the rooms were dated and not clean. The sheets had holes, not enough pillows or towels, carpet old and not clean. no garbage cans in room and trash bins located along the outside of rooms was overflowing and smell was pretty bad.

Disappointing

Close to my destination. Family party.

I did not expect much but I was truly disappointed. I should have researched better but I thought Wyndham were good hotels. Phone on night stand to call reception not connected, clock not pluged in and rattled (something loose inside). Bathroom linoleum floor raised 3 " in several spots, wall paper behind tiolet falling off the wall, bed was comfortaable but pillows very thin had to use three to elevate head. Refrigerator adequate, no microwave. No mat for the tub, was slipery felt very vulnerable, tub was slippery. (I'm 84) Wi Fi was not working last night and the remote for tv was fowled up, the channel button changed the volume and the volume button changed the channel, last night it would not turn on had to go to the tv to turn on. Phone number listed on web page was not in use. After getting ready for bed I needed to know check out time for the morning, not listed in room or on bill no way to contact except to physically go to office. No food not even wrapped buns or bagles no coffee maker, microwave at office. Brought back a piece of pizza put on top of frig while changing for bed and it was swarmed with tiny running bugs. Wi Fi had no password so exposed, my Norton warned me it was dangerous. Air conditioner was old buttons worked but plastic coverings broken. Mirror over dresser was not clean behind dresser was a mess of dropped items and dirt.
