In town location and friendly, accommodating staff. This includes the GM, who is present and engaged. Rare these days.
Facilities generally fine, attention to detail would be helpful. Plenty of convenient free parking, most covered. Free coffee rather than standing in a queue would be nice, yet result in lost sales.

Wonderful stay , loved everything , very nice lady at check in ( sorry can’t remember but it’s a foreign name and she’s from the island ??) . Very good breakfast . Mrs Castillo
