All of the staff were absolutely magnificent! The staff were warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area!

The only issue we had throughout the whole stay were our room doors/keys -- the doors on fourth floor kept getting stuck, as in unable to open even with a green light. Luckily the staff was so friendly it just gave us another opportunity to engage with them when we got our keys replaced and stuff like that.

Easy to find, near Lake George and close enough to Saratoga, where we spent our days.
Super noisy. We were on the ground floor, adjacent to the lobby and near the pool.

Friendly staff, specially the 2 ladies last Sunday and Monday
1. The shower was clogged from the time we arrived. Water won’t go down and was halfway up our feet.
2. On the second night, there were heavy footsteps on the floor above us.
For both issues, we didn’t notify the staff anymore because it was past midnight.
3. Food tasted like cardboard so we didn’t take our breakfast there anymore on our last day.
