Needs improvement, would not recommend.

We liked that they had an option of a 2 bedroom suite since we were traveling with another couple and our kids. We both had our own rooms. With some work it could be nice, but it did not quite work out the way we thought.

When I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell, still no one, so I ended up leaving and driving around for an hour. We went back and the same thing happened. I ended up having to call the motel and they sent someone over. When we went to our room it smelled horrible. It was dirty. The walls were in desperate need of repairs and paint. The bathroom was dirty and very uninviting. We had the 2 bedroom suite, and traveling with another couple we thought that would be great, but the bathroom had two doors that joined the rooms, so you always had to be closing and locking both doors so the other couple didn't come in while you were in there. It was awkward. There were no room darkening curtains and the blinds were broken in places so people could look right in our room. The door could have been easily opened with a credit card and you could literally see daylight through the crack around the door. It was all very disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Loved the location, near to Shepherd Park and restaurants, however a block from the main attractions in quiet neighborhood setting. All attractions are with in walking distance.

Air conditioning was inadequate for hot weather otherwise room was acceptable for the price.

Comfortable convenient and affordable

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable the facilities are dated but it’s just a place to sleep for the evening while we roamed around Lake George. We found the beds very very cozy. Definitely more frivolous places to stay in the area but this was just fine for a quick little girls trip

I knew what I was getting when I booked this I wouldn’t change anything however the motel could definitely use some updating but that would change the cost for sure

Enjoyable stay do to the size not a lot of room so it limits the amount of people

They didn't serve breakfast,the location was great

The bathroom was worn,it took a good bit of adjusting the hot water.towels where also very worn and hard,could use a softer one.

I thought the Motel was a great place to stay for the money. There are hardly any motels open in Lake George in April so when we found this one online and under $100, I thought it would be a piece of crap but we were pleasantly surprised! The reviews stated how clean the rooms were and they weren't kidding! Our room was below people who were kind of loud and walking back and forth, which you could hear, but we didn't care because we were up anyway. The staff was very friendly and the location was great! We would definitely stay at this motel again and recommend it to anyone. It is not on the lake, but who cares? Lake George is a small village and you can easily walk to the lake from the motel at any given time.

I didn't see any vending machines or ice machines but honestly we weren't looking for them so I'm cannot say if they had them or not

Decent location and was clean, would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay located 1 block off of main street so it's pretty quiet at night. Overall very clean and the owner was friendly. Would definitely stay here again as the price was right.

Some things in the bathroom needed to be updated, but I'm not living there so it's not a big deal.

It’s good enough for a weekend stay.

The location was near town and walking distance to shops.

The room was not especially clean and needs updating. No microwave or coffee pot but a small box fridge.

No breakfast included. Location was great. Bed was somewhat comfortable.

Spiders and thick webs in the windows and behind the curtains. Fridge didn’t work and smelled bad.

Everything was closee!! Walking distance to the town and super market. The pool was clean.

They room smelled like heavy bleach! We had to open the windows doors to air it out and still didn’t go away. The towels had red lip stick marks and foundation on the them and were dirty. No one came to ask if we needed anything like garbage bags or towels. There was only shampoo no conditioner (thank god i brought my own). The outside seating there was spider weds everywhere!! My son and I were outside hanging out and one of the guys that was cleaning the top floor all of a sudden spills a bucket a water from the top floor on the ground thank god it didnt wet us! I was mad!!

Great stay

Mostly everything. The pool was great and clean. The location was quiet. The staff was available but did not interfere with stay. Eco-friendly.

A tad musty smell but that's expected in a motel. I wish there was a coffee maker in room.
