The location was excellent; walking out you were right in town. The staff was professional and pleasant, we both found the room comfortable. Overall it felt safe, although I would have liked one entrance, for security reasons.

The air conditioning went on and off through the night; there seems to be no way to turn off eco-mode. The bathroom was small and the shower handle didn't work intuitively.

The location was central to where we were visiting. The bed was comfortable and quiet rooms. It was nice to have 2 restaurants on property

The bathroom was way too small and had heavy bleach smell when we walked in. Very tiny shower & little shelf space with no ventilation. The room smelled musty and was very small. Also, access to the indoor pool was through 23 stairs to the basement from the 2nd floor with no elevator. Very isolated area

It’s a 100 year old historic hotel.

The bathroom fixtures in the tub were loose & relatively ineffective: the shower spray was weak.
