Location, cleanliness, staff
Wish their breakfast didn’t change just because San Japan had a block reservation. Hyatt usually have a lot of selection on the buffet.

It was clean and beautiful architecture.
Some of the doors were locked and we had to walk all the way around. Mostly due to safety.

Very professional front desk, they always tried to solve the problem created by BOOKING.
I do not like BOOKING.com offering a better room, when I arrived the front desk, they do not know about this, my complain is not with the hotel; but with BOOKING, next time I will think again to use it.
