The Building Is wonderful in every way, and the local nature and culture make it just soooo much more special!
Depending on the room you book you do not have unlimited access to a shower or way to bathe

I loved the whole stay, the stay itself is beautiful with the art gallery and the feel was going into different era, the garden around the eating place, cooperative staff and they are great in English and I did not have any problems with language. The dinner and breakfast was provided according to the individual preference. Lot of different Japanese dishes in dinner in beautiful crockeries. The server would explain every dish, the dishes were keep coming and every dish has it's own taste, it's simple and delicious. Loved it!! YUMMY!!
I liked everything. Location was little far from the station but not hard to reach. Suggestion-They can add little more services like massage, facials, tea ceremony, chopstick making etc, because when I stayed the one day it was raining on and off so I wanted to be engaged in something. However, they have services and activities but they can add more. Otherwise no Complaints, it was great stay.

Exotic, supreme and unforgettable. Everything from consumption point of view was locally sourced which added to the exotic persona the whole location carries.
The long walks and uphill stairs to reach the property, especially at night time where you have to walk atleast 40 minutes to get access to food and ATM facilities.
