The facility was clean and tidy. The front desk person was charming, and helpful. The room was very nice. Newly remodeled. The price was more than affordable. Exactly what we were looking for.

The price. The proprietors are friendly and accommodating. Good location with ease of access around Storm Lake. Right next to an affordable restaurant with a great breakfast service. Can accommodate pets.
The noise from the refrigerator which I had to unplug and the loud music from a car parked outside the room at 11 p.m. I would add a fan to the bathroom to help with the damage that is caused by steam from the shower in a small space.

I did not partake of the breakfast. Location was good.
Everything is very old and outdated. They keep it clean, but the shower nozzle is very hard to pull out to get the water to come out. The towels are very tiny for bath/shower use. It basically just needs to be updated and be more cozy. I felt it was a little creepy.
