It was quiet and clean

The staff was excellent and the property was clean and quiet

Bathtub is very slippery and grips are needed to prevent injury. More light in the bathroom as well

Superb

It was a nice place to stay. We were there for a softball tournament and the location was minutes from the field.

There was no coffee pot in the room and the room had no bed side lamps

Very poor

The staff is really nice and when I want my money back because I didn’t say the full time there was no complaint about that in the front desk manager she was very accommodating. I really loved her attitude.

The room seem a lot bigger on the side there was no pool even though it says there is the blow dryers. You have to go up to the front desk to get them but the main thing is the rooms look a lot bigger on the side and they actually are but overall I would say it is very nice very dog friendly and if I had a family and my dogs, I would feel safe there

simple but clean, comfortable and value for money!

the perfect simple, clean, comfortable and safe spot for a night’s stop on our road trip - and at a very reasonable price. The young male receptionist from Wisconsin who checked us in was lovely also, really welcoming when we arrived tired and last minute!

This hotel had been recently renovated due to hurricane damage. We had to make a last minute, late in the night change of hotel plans, and we were able to get a room immediately. Hotel was clean, right off Interstate 10, and staff was very friendly. Would stay at this hotel again if needed to.

The only complaint I would have would be not having a continental breakfast. There is a Waffle House directly next door, but not everyone has the extra money to spend for the breakfast cost during their stay. And maybe have a small coffee maker and pods in the room for morning coffee in your room. Otherwise, everything was fine regarding the stay.

Newly renovated, clean, polite staff, and great price!

Property has been renovated recently, everything was in good working order. Hotel was thoroughly clean and very polite staff.

My only complaint is that I asked for a one hour late checkout which is normally always granted for no cost at other hotels, but I was told a one hour late checkout would be an addition $25.

Red Roof is a place for your small dog.

This place was cheap. No extra costs for our small dog.. it was convenient

They were remodeling the stairs. This was visual and likely would have never been seen if we had stayed to the elevator. No coffee or breakfast
