It was great except the ac unit didn’t really work all that great till around three in the morning and the breakfast could be better waffle mix is really bland. Overall it was ok it rained the whole two days so no pool .

The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly. Cons were the extremely overpowering smell of cleaning chemicals. It smelled like they had bombed the room it was so strong. The room faced the hwy so you hear all the traffic noise and they used the dryers until really late, past 11 so it was hard to fall asleep.

Hotel old with some renovation. Next door restaurant very good. Because of restrictive room policy as a result of booking with Hotels.com we had to stay in room facing freeway. Noisy.

The woman at the desk didn’t speak during at least half the check in process which took too long. Finally, she said she was tired. It had been a long day. I would not want her working for me or my company.

Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and i thought the bed was very comfortable. I personally liked the step in shower. Convenient to the interstate and lots of places to eat in the area. Kathleen the Manager went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable!!!

This is a very clean hotel. Enjoyed my one night stay. The only minor issue is that the bed was a bit noisy when getting into it. Other than that everything else was good.

Staff was very helpful and room was clean. There was a stain on the comforter that detracted from the room. Also, I’m used to seeing a sign near elevators and back of doors that show where the stairs are located. That was not posted near the elevator. Also, as we were loading the elevator, I put my hand across/out the door to keep it open for the kids to load, but it still proceeded to close. A worker in the elevator with us that mentioned it does that sometimes, so probably should have the sensor checked before an accident happens.

Convenient to I-10 and quiet. Decent breakfast. Allowed to check in a couple of hours early which was convenient since we arrived earlier than 3 PM check in time. Staff very courteous and friendly.

The hotel is undergoing major repairs from the hurricane damage they received. In my opinion, they really should not be open for business yet. There was heavy equipment being used on the day we attempted to check in. The room they tried to put us in was partially furnished. The front desk staff was very accommodating when we decided not to stay.

This hotel has a major construction/renovation being done post two hurricanes last year. Expedia and hotel staff must disclose this for the customers. Certainly feel that Expedia and the Hotel staff were misleading with the hotel operation details. There are many uncovered bare wires through ceiling, walls, a potential safe hazards. I am done with Expedia, and will never use their services anymore.

It was NOT as advertised. Site was under remodel after last year's hurricane damage, lobby a construction site, no breakfast facility, rooms in various state of remodel, yet accepting customers at top price. It was never stated at point of booking that this was the condition!! Room smelled of mildew, must, moisture and fresh paint!! Dishonest at best...... Sorry!
