We chose this hotel for location and price and did not realize the Tru brand was geared toward younger people. Pool and foosball tables in the lobby, plenty of seating areas with work spaces for community gathering, which I loved. Staff was great and got us into the room a little early which was a huge bonus as we had an event to attend. Our room was spacious, well appointed with soaps, etc. Decor was modern, minimalist and efficient. Bed was so comfortable, in fact, ten stars for the bed. The bathroom was large and bright. We will definitely seek out Tru by Hilton properties in the future.
Hmmmm. Let me think. ...nothing. We stayed for two days and it was perfect!

The floors, the firmness of the mattress and the air conditioning
The sheets were paper thin, the tub looked like it was separating from the wall, the faucet was a little loose and the door did not have a tight close. It would lock but there was a gap. The bed was definitely not a king which is what I reserved.
